Elise Raffray
Co-Founder, CEO
Of Canadian origin, Elise Raffray has established herself in the world of training in Mauritius for over 35 years. With her degree in IT Management from the University of Quebec in Montreal, she accumulated professional experiences in the IT sector and decided, in 2005, to launch her own project, Formaclic - Blended Services. Entrepreneur and passionate, she has built her brand and reputation through her training of excellence. Today, she brings her sense of innovation in order to continue her expansion on the regional market.

Patricia Lavictoire
Customer Relation Support and Administrative Manager
She is our senior employee with 20 years of experience in the company. She oversees the organization, and the administrative logistic services (MQA and HRDC) and participates in the planning of financial tasks, administrative and accountings. She works with the collaboration of other departments.

As an English and professional trainer with more than 10 years experience, Oumiiraa makes use of innovative ways to conduct her lessons and workshops to enhance participation and assimilation in lessons. With her experience in training people from different parts of the world, she is able to accurately identify the needs of the learners to aim for a productive and accurate goal.
