For the first time, we’re bringing Lean Maintenance to Mauritius, in collaboration with our partner ACPE. In just one day, this training will cover everything from maintenance strategy to on-the-ground execution: moving your organisation from Reactive Maintenance to Proactive Performance. On top of that, a personalised consultation with the trainer, Alp Bora, will be offered after the training.
PUBLIC: Anyone directly involved in equipment reliability and performance: Maintenance Team Leaders, Maintenance and Production Engineers, Technicians, Continuous Improvement Officers and more.
Unplanned downtime, reactive firefighting, and rising maintenance costs quietly erode productivity and profitability in every industrial organisation. Lean Maintenance offers a proven alternative: a structured approach to eliminate waste, strengthen equipment reliability, and turn maintenance from a cost centre into a driver of performance.
By combining the right strategy, the right tools, and the right culture of accountability and continuous improvement, organisations can move away from constantly reacting to breakdowns and instead build a proactive, high-performing maintenance function — one that protects assets, controls costs, and supports long-term operational excellence.
👉 The Full Programme can be found here for complete details of the session.
After the training, your company gets a 1-hour private session online with Alp to dive into challenges specific to your operations. A rare opportunity you won’t want to miss!
